Stephen T. Walzak Mr. Walzak is an honor graduate of Michigan State University and has earned his Juris Doctor Degree from DePaul University.  He is admitted to the Michigan and Illinois State Bars, the United States Tax Court, the United States District Courts for the Eastern District of Michigan and Northern District of Illinois.  The primary focus of Mr. Walzak's practice is assisting small and medium size businesses during their organization startup and growth.  Tax issues, bankruptcy living wills and trusts are, also, a major portion of his day to day work.  In addition to the General Practice of Law, Mr. Walzak has held the position of Corporate General Counsel, Labor Attorney and General Counsel for three major Employer Associations and various Home Owner Associations. Some specialized areas of expertise include strategic economic planning, economics, strong labor and management background including employer benefit programs, real property condemnation, zoning, reclamation, EPA regulations and  area concept development, business valuation and prospectus development and writing.  His varied background and experience from working with a farmer in the fields to an organization as large as General Dynamics has given him the perspective ability to look at any issue from a variety of viewpoints.
